Hi, I’m Sesha Coleman,

I’m a Dutch Born, British national, half Indian Ex-New Yorker currently splitting time between Asheville, NC and the Big Apple. Like so many people, 2020 provided many unexpected challenges yet has also allowed me to put together all the skills that I have been gathering over the years.  I have always had a super curious mind which has lead me to collecting certifications and taking trainings just because I wanted to.  I have taken more than my fair share of online courses and joined several memberships so I have been able to see what has worked and what hasn’t.  I am so excited to use this real life knowledge to help your business put out the best possible product.

My zone of genius is helping people see the big picture, translate that into action steps, and do the sticky tech-related tasks that make most people want to barf.

A bit more about me:

I spent over 15 years perfecting the craft of mixing major Broadway musicals (The Band’s Visit, Amelie, On the Town, Violet, and more) until I realised that time was passing me by while my nose was on the grindstone. I knew that it was time to make a change to my life so I left The hustle and bustle of New York and swapped it for the stunning hills of Asheville.  These days I move between New York and Asheville, finding the balance I have dreamed of.

Years in the wild world of theatre taught me to solve problems, ask questions, and how to be a good collaborator and make sure that the solution benefits the overall project. I love a challenge, so I am excited to see what challenge you might have for me.

This is Phineas

He’s my mascot and was voted most likely to disrupt a Zoom meeting.  As a rescue, we don’t quite know what his make-up is but I know for certain that he is 100% filled with love.  He’s still a puppy and has all the energy so it’s sometimes hard to know what he is going to get up to…
When you work with me, you get to see me work with him!
